THE R.D. SPECIAL

This modified 20” Marshal Smoker is loaded up with five of your best accessories. It has a counter weight to help open the cooking chamber door. Then we add our patented sliding convection plate to evenly distribute the heat and smoke throughout the horizontal cooking chamber. We add an extra thermometer so you can see exactly what the convection plate does for you. It has larger 20” Steel Wagon Wheels and we give it our heavy duty firebox charcoal grate that will last for years. This is my personal favorite for backyard cooking.
